Terms of Service

Last updated 12 October 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply to every visit to and every use of www.grinwood.com, including all pages, downloads and forms (together “the website”). By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

These terms cover the use of the website only. The sale and delivery of Grinwood products are governed by our quotations and order confirmations. If those documents conflict with these terms, those documents prevail.

2. Who we are

The website is operated by Grinwood WPC Material Co., Ltd., a company registered in the People’s Republic of China, with its registered office at Longquanwu Eco-Industrial Zone, Miaoxi, Huzhou, Zhejiang, China. In these terms “Grinwood”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to this company. You can reach us at gw@grinwood.com or +86 572 3120233.

3. A website for professionals

Grinwood supplies dealers, distributors, importers, contractors and other professional buyers. The website is intended for business use and we do not sell directly to consumers through it. Homeowners looking for Grinwood products are welcome to contact us and we will refer them to a dealer nearby.

If you use the website on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that these terms bind that company.

4. Product information

We take care to keep the information on the website accurate and current. Product descriptions, dimensions, technical values, colours and images are given for general information. They do not form an offer and are not a guarantee of specific properties.

Please keep in mind that

  • colours and textures on screen can differ from the actual product, so we recommend checking colours with a physical sample;
  • composite contains natural wood fibre, so small variations between production batches are normal;
  • we continually develop our products and may change specifications, colours and the range without notice.

The specifications that apply to your order are those stated in your order confirmation.

5. Quotations and orders

The website does not show prices and does not offer online ordering. A quotation request, sample request or dealer application through the website does not create an agreement. An agreement only comes into existence when we confirm an order in writing. Payment and delivery terms are agreed per order and stated in our quotation and order confirmation.

6. Technical documents and installation guides

Technical drawings, installation guides, test reports and other documents on the website are provided to help you and your installers. Always use the most recent version available on the website. Installation must be carried out by competent installers, in line with our guidelines and with local building regulations and standards. Grinwood is not responsible for the design of a project or for installation work carried out by third parties. Installation that does not follow our guidelines may affect warranty cover.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the website, including the Grinwood name and logo, product names, photography, product visuals, technical drawings, texts and the design of the website, belongs to Grinwood or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.

You may view the website and download documents for your own business use. Any other use, such as copying, publishing or editing content, requires our prior written permission.

Approved dealers may use Grinwood brand materials to promote and sell Grinwood products. This permission is limited, revocable and not transferable. Materials must be used as supplied and in line with the Grinwood brand guidelines and the dealer agreement. The permission ends automatically when the dealer relationship ends.

8. Warranty

Grinwood composite products come with a limited warranty of up to 15 years for residential use and 10 years for commercial use, on a prorated basis. Warranty cover is governed exclusively by the official Grinwood warranty conditions, which set out the terms, exclusions and claim procedure. You can download the current version on our Resources page. Statements on the website do not create a warranty of their own.

9. Acceptable use

When using the website you agree not to

  • use the website in a way that breaks any law or regulation;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or connected systems;
  • introduce viruses or other harmful code;
  • collect data from the website by automated means, such as scraping, without our permission;
  • present yourself as a Grinwood dealer or partner without our written approval;
  • use the website or its content in a way that is misleading or damaging to Grinwood.

10. Information you send us

When you use a contact form, request samples or apply to become a dealer, you confirm that the information you provide is correct and complete. We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. Our use of cookies is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Links to other websites

The website may contain links to websites of third parties, such as dealers or social media platforms. We have no control over those websites and are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.

12. Liability

We provide the website as it is and as available. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, free of errors or free of viruses, and we may suspend, change or close the website at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, Grinwood is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the website or from reliance on information on the website, including loss of profit, loss of business or indirect damage. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. The version published at the time of your visit applies.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions remain in full force.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or the website will be submitted to the competent court in Huzhou, Zhejiang Province.

16. Contact
